Over several years, the film accompanies a series of self-experiments with dietary supplements and investigates supplement culture and body optimization from a critical, experimental perspective.
The starting point is self-medication – medicine in the age of supplements. Between promises of healing, consumer logic, and the pressure to optimize, the immediate experience of the body comes into focus as a central instrument of artmaking
